Soulence provides:

2. Child psychology and parenting guidance
3. Life coaching and emotional wellness support
4. Online psychologist sessions via Zoom / Google Meet

All services are designed to offer guidance, support, and practical strategies for emotional and mental well-being.

2. Nature of Services (Important)

1. Soulence provides non-medical psychological guidance and counselling
2. Services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency services
3. No diagnosis, prescription, or medical intervention is provided
4. In case of severe mental health emergencies, users must seek immediate medical or emergency help

3. Eligibility

1. Users must be 18 years or older to book sessions independently
2. For children or minors, sessions must be booked by a parent or legal guardian
3. Accurate and truthful information must be provided during booking and sessions

4. Online Session Terms

1. Sessions are conducted only by appointment
2. Mode: Zoom / Google Meet
3. Duration and charges are communicated before booking
4. Session time starts as scheduled, regardless of late joining by the client
5. Any technical issues from the user’s end are the user’s responsibility

5. Payments & Fees

1. All session fees must be paid in advance
2. Payments are non-transferable
3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
4. Soulence reserves the right to modify charges for services

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance
2. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds
3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
4. Soulence reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

1. All sessions and shared information are treated as strictly confidential
2. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required
3. Users must not record sessions without prior written permission

8. User Responsibilities

By using Soulence services, you agree:

1. To communicate respectfully and honestly
2. Not to misuse services or website content
3. Not to engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour
4. To follow professional guidance responsibly

3. Progress depends on user participation, commitment, and follow-through
